CIAO is Meferi’s Intelligent Shopper Assistant: a handheld self-scanning device that shoppers carry through the store to scan items as they go. It is built for retailers, pairing precision scanning with AI-driven fraud detection, Wi-Fi 6/6E connectivity and a 6800 mAh battery for long trading days.

CIAO docks into “CIAO AI Connect” smart holders on shopping trolleys and into charging walls and cradles, and works with existing self-scanning software such as Vynamic Personal Shopper, Revision / Extend, Budget Box and 4MAX. It is Android Enterprise Recommended with Google Mobile Services (GMS).
