The TC22/TC27 is the third generation of Zebra’s TC2x Series: a compact, smartphone-style device with a 6 in. display, enterprise-class barcode scanning and support for tap-to-pay and other contactless transactions. It is built to outlast consumer phones, with IP68 sealing and drop and tumble ratings.
It suits small and mid-size businesses in retail (price check, mPOS, inventory), hospitality (event ticketing, POS sales), field operations (courier, direct store delivery, field services) and warehouse and distribution (sortation, load and unload). The series comes in two models:
- TC22 — Wi-Fi model (WLAN, WPAN).
- TC27 — adds WWAN: 5G/4G cellular data and voice, 1 Nano SIM and 1 eSIM, for workers outside the building.
