The Aclas iS5X is a label scale with AI visual recognition for fruit and vegetable products. Staff place the item on the scale, the scale suggests what it is, and they print the label without memorising LFCodes.
Aclas states a 99% accuracy rate (96% for bag-packed items) and a 0.1s recognition speed. The display shows 1~3 photos of the recognition result to choose from, and staff can also search by the first letter or LFCode.

- Hands-free printing: tap the scale platter or press a shortcut key once the item is recognised.
- One printer module for label with backing paper, linerless label paper or receipt paper.
- Can transfer the weight or recognition result to a POS or cash register for checkout.
- Links to Aclas electronic shelf labels (ESL), so a price change on the scale is synchronised to the ESL.
- Patented quick-plug display: loosen two bolts to change it; the whole process takes 30 seconds.
- Waterproof capacitive touch screen for wet-hand operation, with an adjustable display angle.
- Managed with Aclas LINK69 scale management software; WAN support for PLU and sales data exchange between branches.
